ABOUT DONNA
I have worked for the NHS for 16 years in various roles. My recent roles include Lead Instructor for the National Ambulance Resilience Unit (NARU) and HART Educator/Team Leader for NEAS. My role within NARU was to lead on the delivery of national resilience training to ambulance trusts, including training for HART teams. This included USAR and working at height. Within both roles I have lead on the development and delivery of trauma training and continued to drive forward best practice at both a national and local level. This ensures that the best possible patient care can be delivered in both unique and challenging situations.
