Team Isle of Wight Trauma

The Isle of Wight Trauma Team is made up of Crew Manager Aidy Wellock and FF Aden Thomson. The pair who have worked extremely hard over the last few years attending UKRO events learning each time they compete have worked their way up to Success at the World Rescue Challenge in 2015 being awarded overall 2nd best trauma team.

Keeping a traditional approach to reflect the level of first person on scene work they do in their roles, the team has always worked with an ethos of learning and development and take the involvement in UKRO as vital time to upskill so that they can pass it on to their work colleagues. The team class winning at UKRO by learning and progressing in ability. They are also the most handsome, polite and well-mannered trauma team that compete at UKRO.
